On a modest sidewalk in University Heights sits this beauty. From the catalog of the East Jordan Iron Works, but with an undeniable insouciance -- BCC, no need to say more.
DESIGN:
The diamond background is a standard feature of EJ covers (East Jordan Iron Works changed its name to EJ in 2012) , although the latest catalog does not feature the circular center medallion.
UTILITY:
C probably stamds for Communications, the successor to the TELE and SIG covers seen elsewhere on the BCC campus.
RANGE:
This cover is in a parking lot near the Hall of Fame for Great Americans.
